My Matches Fashion Order Got Cancelled!
Darn, I got the Balenciaga jacket that I have been struggling to make a decision of. And after all the 'sweat and tears' of racking my head out for the decision....I chose the jacket first...and made the order. Got an order confirmation from them afterwards. Then today all of a sudden, I got this disappointing email. Their system screwed up and the jacket is no longer available but they claimed my money. Grrr...so frustrating. Now they will credit back the amount to my card account. They better do! And fast! I am upset to be honest.:-(
This is why I try to avoid ordering online:-(
its prob a sign from the bag gods that you're better-off without another jacket. might i suggest a Monogramouflage Treillis perhaps?
ReplyDeleteI am actually really upset. :-( Now I have to go thru the inconvenience to check with my bank if the amount has been refunded. They did send me an email to say the order has been refunded.

oh dear, i ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them last week, and they called to say 1 pair is sold out too.

Yeah, I did! Use the code..and got a 15% off the sale price. It was a really good deal. And now..kaput...gone...:-( sob sob...

It sucks, isn't it? that the things you thought you bought was sold out becos of systme error.
Have you got your other pair of shoe yet?
not yet, i called them yesterday, they said they're trying to locate the pair of sold out shoes to see if there's another pair.

I wonder how they actually keep track of the items available online. I think they probably sell these items in the shops as well. So it is difficult to have a real time stock monitoring.
ReplyDeleteI bought a pair of Dior Homme sneakers last season from Browns fashion. Again, I faced the same problems. The size I ordered was sold out and I had to get them to locate a half size bigger pair. They managed it. And while doing the transaction, the system had errors. I resubmit my order 3 times and each time the order did went thru despite the error msg. Gosh, that was a close call. They were reputable and helpful and assure me they will only charge my card once.
I hope you get your shoe! But it's been a week already..what are they doing?.lol.

Yeah, first attempt and this happens. Pretty disappointing.:-) Well..it's sale...so they must be in a chaos!

Trust me you...you weren't supposed to have this jacket. It's the not ment to be, then buy the bag. Or something better will come your way Kev! ;P
ReplyDeleteIndeed...I am not destined to have the jacket. One thing is I have to go thru the hassle of purchasing it online, wait to get refunded and build up all the anticipation for nothing. Yeah, Should not buy online. It's just not as 100% sure as buying from the shops!:-)
