My Shopping Conquest #18 - A Shopping Riddle #01 Revealed!
Lanvin Grasshopper Head Jacket Pin
I finally received my 'gift':-P
After 2 weeks of waiting, plus asking the helpful folks at Club 21 Mens to put aside this item for me for over 14 days...I finally got what I wanted. My almost 'FREE REWARD' for being a devotee to the 'Club 21 Fashion Temple'. Hahaha.
This is actually something I use the Club 21 points I amassed (after 'contributing' tonnes of money to the holy fashion mecca!) to redeem Club 21 Vouchers for my new purchases. In total, I redeemed all my Club 21 points, a hefty total of 25,000 points (You get 2 club points for every dollar spent) to exchange for 5 x SGD $75 Club 21 Shopping Vouchers. So that means, I can offset any purchase with SGD $375!
I have been fascinated by the cool insect-inspired Lanvin brooches and pins Club 21 Men's is stocking this fall winter season. So I decided to use the vouchers to get the Lanvin Grasshopper Head Jacket Pin. The jacket pin is made from a gun metal coloured metal and adorned with beautiful rhinestones and diamonté crystals as the bug's eyes. Perfect to add a touch of glamour to an elegant outfit, especially on tailored jackets or even fabric bags. It's not too girlish and yet the sparkle from the rhinestones glitter with sophistication! I love it! The grasshopper head design is also abstract and futuristic, that is why it reminds me of Masked Rider from Japan! Hehe.
As this jacket pin costs SGD $399, after offsetting it with my SGD $375 vouchers, I literally have this pin for 'free'...paying only SGD $24 bucks! Hurray to Club 21...I am your 'humble devotee', it pays to pay 'tribute' to Club 21 fashion temple!:-P I love Club 21!
Retail Price: SGD $399. Where to buy: Club 21 Mens at Four Seasons Hotel
Definitely unusual! Congrats!

ReplyDeleteHave you seen Marc by Marc Jacobs skull pin? It's cool too...
Thank you Alvin and Sean:-) I love the pin! Unfortunately, I cannot find the skull pin here. Not even the alphabets pin, which you can form your initials. Have you seen those, Sean?
