I had heaps of fun creating my very own Le Pliage bag, deciding on the bag model, handle length, base and highlight colours, hardware, and even down to the iniitals on the bag. So many details to ensure a truly original bag that you can proudly call your own:-P
In the end, I decided i want a travel size Le Pliage Bag with a brightly coloured but timeless combination... So I chose a cheerful indigo blue with a highlight of taupe and bling it up with gold hardware before personalising with my own initials. This is what I will be expecting in 8 weeks time:-P (see below) Like it? Try out the service yourself. Get creative with wild and crazy colours or classic and smart hues... there is always a combination for everyone. While you are at it, don’t forget to customised matching coin pouches or handy clutch bags too, both of which are super functional cute.
Besides the nylon Le Pliage bags, do you know Longchamp also offers a more luxurious personalisation service with their Le Cabas Sur Mesure whereby you can create your very own Longchamp leather totes. This service allows you to customised your very own leather bag with options of 10 leather colours and 10 linings to suit any taste. As an option, perforate your initials onto the side of the bag to make your tote bag uniquely yours. I love the proportion of largest size... very smart as a daily work companion for the boys.

Set up as a temporary retail space before a brand new boutique (Level 2) gets revamped in the coming weeks, the Pop-Up store is never lacking in its selection of exciting Longchamp Spring Summer 2013 bags. From new colours for their highly popular Le Pliage bags to SS2013’s new designs and Jeremy Scott’s latest collaboration, it’s a must visit if you are in Orchard Road:-)
