Mulberry Fall Winter 2010 Womenswear

Mulberry is back again with a whimsical collection filled with eclectic inspirations. From the show notes, Valley of the Dolls, naughty English royalty, Hollywood theatricals, and over-the-top-animal prints all contributed to the many ideas for Mulberry's next Fall Winter 2010 Women's Collection. Emma Hill also seem to favour big 'hair-raising' styling, as seen on all the models spotting 'electrified', Bridget Bardot hairdos. The clothes were fun. Lots of colours, from sombre hues of blacks and greys to party purples, bright yellows to plum reds, Mulberry's woman is definitely one that is young and jubilant.

Of course, the bags were the highlights of the show. The hot bag of the moment, Alexa Bag, is given new updates with new prints and shimmery materials. Cute colourful chain handle pouches, hobo style sling bags and chic tiny clutches are also some new additions to the Mulberry family. I sense another bag frenzy hitting Mulberry fans for Fall Winter 2010 season again:-)

(Mulberry did 2 shows last and this season, first in NY fashion week and then London. I wonder why:-P)
