The Material Boy #560

Below: Valentino takes the lead in the invasion of camouflage prints this SS2013... I want these gorgeous Camouflage trainers with square stud details at the rear...

Below: Even ladies get their fair share of camouflage action... SS2013 sees a range of camouflage accessories for the ladies too. I love the combination of studs and camouflage print on those gorgeous Rockstud clutches. Boys can work them too!

Valentino Spring Summer 2013 Garavani Camouflage Print Trainers And Clutches

If camouflage has a new name... Valentino is the name. For Spring Summer 2013, Designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli unabashedly splashed this military print all over their Mens runway collection, creating one of the most interesting interpretations of this masculine pattern. From bags to ready to wear to shoes... it’s a luxurious march to Camouflage frenzy.

Once those highly-visible camouflage trainers are spotted on the runway, I was already sure they will be a mega hit! Especially when they feature a row of contrasting square stud details at the rear, synonymous now with the Valentino brand. Trainer styles have been rampant on the streets since a couple of seasons ago, so Valentino's high style on this high street design is timely and on cue. If you planning to snag a pair, the trainers retails for USD795 and comes with another colour variant featuring predominant greens.

For the ladies, u are not spared from this invasion of the camouflage prints, since the new Valentino Garavani womens SS2013 accessories collection also feature amazing pieces such as the camouflage Rockstud clutches as shown above. Gorgeous gold studs lined the border and wriststraps, with a contrasting colour hand strap that accent the green tones exceptionally well. Measuring 28cm in width and 17cm in height, they can even work for the boys.
