Lanvin Mens Shoes Spring Summer 2009
Lanvin's shoes have been the trend setter for a couple of seasons now. Using innovation materials, especially metallic coloured leather, mesh, satin etc, Lanvin shoes not only command high end styles but high prices as well.
For spring summer 2009, we seen the reinterpretation of their hi top sneakers, this time with matt metallic captoe and using bead embroidery on the sides of the shoe. Colours are again refreshing with gold and red, deep purple and lavender metallics. I also notice a trend in men's footwear in several luxury brands, which all feature wrapped around roman, greek style sandals. You find them in YSL, Louis Vuitton and also Lanvin. Love the strappy design and flat soles of these sandals. Perfect to cool off feet for hot summers.

i like the last strappy pair but need nice feet for those.

Yeah, those strappy styles are really nice. But I read a newspaper article recently that says people wearing flip flop style footwear risk getting skin cancer as the area on the top of the feet is very delicate. Oops.
But then again, the fabric strappy version of these lanvin sandals, do you feel they look a bit DIY? Like you can tear a strip of cloth and do it yourself. Wonder how much they will be charging for this 'rag' looking strap sandals:-) Food for thought.
For fashion, one will risk life. Love it! love it! love it! now if only I have a bigger salary.....

The colorama pierre hardy sneakers is not a sale item. And the metallic version is a current season, pre fall item so not on sale. As for the srping summer coloured version, that was long sold out.

i love those strappy sandals! i hear them calling out to me... bad kevin!
The boat shoes are sick. The sneakers would have been, sans the beaded detailing. I am not a fan of sandals for guys so...
But the D&G hi-tops! Was never a fan of D&G footwear, but those are nice.
By the way, I got this sick Prorsum leather bag from S/S08 for $350 :) Originally $2,000 (USD). My friend works at Burberry and I loooove her :)
Oh and you need to check out the Muse briefcase and tote...SO. FREAKIN. NICE. and they are only like $1,200 (USD). The YSL tote with blue paint is really nice too.
The sandals are so good. Oh straps.
