Shopaholics...This Movie Is For U!

Confessions Of A Shopaholic
(Based on the best selling novel by Sophie Kinsella)

Do you believe in the magic of Visa Cards? (They really make all your retail wishes come true!) Do you speak Prada? Then this is the movie for you. Based on the best selling book by Sophie Kinsella, get drawn into the world of someone whom all fellow shopping fans can identify with...namely 'Shopaholic' Rebecca Bloomwood aka Becky.

I am sure people who likes to shop will find so many things that speaks to them. Me included. Oh my. Just do not go overboard in resemblance to the main character in the book or you will be in serious trouble.

Watch the trailer. It's promising as it's hilarious. Hugh Darcy is cute. I just got the paperback version of the book last night. There are different covers to the paperback. I feel mine is just too pink to take it out to read at cafes. So 'embarrassing'. Yikes.

Happy reading, at least the book will take some time off your hands on shopping:-P

It does feel rather strange, since all the characters in the book were British, but now Becky in the movie is American.

rebecca bloomwood is her original name, becky's just a pet name. i read the series a couple years back and this is the only paperback novel i could read from cover to cover, even completing the entire series! see what shopping does to an 'intellect' like me? LOL.
