She does appear to be a 'b****':-) But if you have the power and confidence and capability to have success in life...you can have it all!:-P
Everything she says is true. People are intimidated by silence, they'd like to know your every thought but it's better if you can maintain a quiet still exterior. Gorgeous woman that Anna.
