and the box:-P

Below: Shopping outfit for the day...weather is so hot! I am wearing Topman V-neck Tee, D&G Teddy Bear Gold Pendant with YSL chain, Massimo Dutti Sand Coloured Suede Woven Belt, Leather Cord Bracelet from Greece, D&G Rolled-up Shorts and Prada White Leather Loafers. Carrying my Mulberry Large Meygan Bag:-)

Bvlgari 'Save The Children' Silver Ring

Finally after 3 weeks of waitlisting and placing a deposit, I got a call from the sales manager at Bvlgari Hilton Hotel that the Bvlgari 'Save The Children' Silver Ring in my size has arrived! I was exceptionally relieved, after hearing horror stories of waiting for more than a month for the stock to be here.

So today, I went to pick up my ring and paid up the remainder of the price. It's exquisite, beautifully crafted. Although I have wanted to wear the ring on the index finger, somehow the sizing came a bit loose (I tried it on the day I placed my order with another thinner width variant and it fits well) so I think I will wear it on the middle finger instead. Fits perfect there. I just do not want to wait again for 3 more weeks to get the right size ring.

So happy, been a while since I got a new ring, this one looks great and I am also happy it contributes to a good cause on the side.

(See my previous post here about this ring)

Retail price: SGD $555. Where to buy: Bvlgari Boutique at Hilton Hotel

nice ring. The bag and package are probably more interesting than the ring itself...

Loved the packaging, too. And if the cause is good, the piece is worth buying. :)

Hi Hisyamalaysia,

Gucci stores are your best bet. Since these are current cruise season pieces. You may still find them somewhere. Good luck!

And Toosan, oh..I thought they have a whole range of sizes? None fits? then just take it as you save money:-)

And Mark, yes, for a good cause it makes buying much more menaingful.

Thanks Khaz!

and sean and BB, the packaging is nice...I thought it could be even more elaborate since it's Bvlgari.:-) Since this is a $500 ring, I guess it is okay the way it is.

Dude your dress sense is really really weird. why gucci and topman?! Those are the brands that lower class singaporeans indulge in, such a pity. Love the bag though...

Iris.

Kevin @ myMANybags said...

Iris,

WOW...how conceited you are:-)

you have serious brand discrimination. So to you, everyone who wears Topman is lower class? That's a bad sweeping statement. Well, good luck in plastering everything Gucci and whatever brands you want on yourself:-) I really dun see anything wrong with wearing topman. If it fits, it is a good piece of clothing regardless of brand.
