The New York Times set out on Madison Avenue and start to test the service standards of some big name stores clad in the most shabby and basic attire. Snooty sales personnel? Beware! Good service should be consistent, in good or bad times. So buck up, especially Gucci who has failed miserably by being aloof. Sad...sad....
A few years ago, a local news reported did the same. Prada scored top marks. Wonder who did the worst?
