YSL Medium Overseas Bag In Patent Python Skin
I have blogged about the YSL Overseas bag in my previous post a couple of months ago on my blog. At that point in time, the bag was classified as a women's bag. So for some guys, being branded as a women's bag, this YSL overseas tote is a huge taboo. A no-no for guys who fear being mocked for using a bag meant for the opposite gender. But these fears can now be put aside, as YSL has officially classified the Overseas Bag under the men's lineup on their online store, www.ysl.com. It's under the men's section, not the ladies! And to think they even chose the python skin version and a medium size for guys to purchase:-)
I love the bag! I would want to get that the next time round during sale season! Love the chain drawstring, the roomy compartment and for this version, the patent python skin is too die for. I would not even mind getting it in regular calf leather. Lovely bag, that is unique and chic for guys.
Retail price: US $3795 (Medium Overseas Python). Where to buy: www.ysl.com

Hi Kevin,
this is one good looking bag. That material in black with the gold hardware looks very luxurious. And the grey YSL Muse briefcase is superb too. I love that colour.
I am actually feeling for more minimalist and pared down designs recently, would probably prefer the version of this Overseas bag you presented earlier. I wonder what your mood for fashion is right now. I feel like there is some change in the air. We live in different parts of the world though, and maybe it is just autumn coming here.
I use to like strong sexy clothes like those offered from DG and D&G...now after amassing a huge wardrobe with basically almost every configuration of styles, I opt for pieces with has something different about them. That makes them worth my money to buy them. I buy basics when it goes on sale. As I dun really need them.
And I like simple styles sometimes. But some bags with good designs and has more details will also catch my attention.
All in all, I go for intresting designs that does not make them look like they come off a mass label. Things that look expensive and worth the money. Applies even for Zara items!:-)
