with camouflage shorts:-P
Below: The Sartorialist had this pic of the blazer and camo shorts combination a while ago on his blog... and I first saw this interesting combination in Japanese fashion mags...
Below: Double breasted jackets... seen on many dashing men with an acute sense of refinement. I love how this guy lighten up the look with a dash of pink from his brightly hued pants!
Below: Another 2 good examples of breaking up a formal tailored look with colourful pants! Uniqlo here I come!
Below: or a dash of burgundy to brighten a dark coloured look...
Below: One of the most prominent trends of the season, Denim Shirt. U thought they belong in the rodeo, but the Italians wear them under tailored blazers for a hint of the rugged with the refined. Love!
Below: Denim is a must have in every man's wardrobe... denim blazers are ever stylish when worn right...
Below: Not sure about denim overalls, but I applaud this guy for wearing one under his tailored blazer, now that's what I call individuality...
Below: I wonder if this is DIY, but it's a great idea to patch up some torn pants, nothing goes to waste these days if you use some creativity!
Italian Men Dresses The Best!
I feel besides French men, Italian men rule when it comes to expressing sartorial styles, often injected with a slight surprise factor. Be it in colours (as seen in brightly hue pants with a classic mens coloured ensemble) or unusual combinations of 'clashing' styles that match (Blazers and camouflage shorts!) or dashing display of male debonair (classic double breasted jackets). I love to see those Italians in action in person someday soon!
Are you inspired?
(BTW, did you notice a common trend in almost all the pics? Anyone can tell me?)

common trend...they're all wearing jackets?
italian men are so stylish. and in a manly way. it's funny how some people comment that in Milan, women have to compete with men in the arena of fashion.
Agree with you, Nico!
The common thread on all the pics...
Blue is the new black!:-P
how about colour chino
love the way Italian men dress, they add personal style and quirkiness into their wardrobes. And from my experience, they have a thing about colored pants... especially red.
