Below: Here's my round up of my favourite mens streetstyle... What are the 'fashion boys' wearing lately? Here's my insight and favourite looks:-P

MyMANybags Streetstyle Round-Up Of The Moment

This blog post is dedicated to all my streetstyle idols and those incredible streetstyle photographers... it's my round up of my favourite streetstyle looks for the moment...

After scouring thru many inspiring looks worn by real fashion-forward guys from all over the world... I thought I should gather some of my favourites and share it on my blog.

What are the key trend pieces that catches attention? What are the colours to watch out for? Which brand are favoured by the fashion squad lately? And who is my new streetstyle idol? Here’s my rundown.

KEY TRENDS:

Wearable and already well liked by many guys... the sports trainers is a staple footwear that you usually wear it on the running tracks or the gym. However, lately, there is an insurgence of these sporting footwear getting out of their ‘natural’ context and being put on the forefront of fashion. Balenciaga, Kenzo are amongst the many designers who conveyed this message in their recent menswear collections. But Valentino puts the luxury factor into these street-cred shoes with their leather camoufage versions. Many guys are already spotting the new Valentino Camouflage Trainers during the recent fashion weeks in major fashion cities, that goes to show their popularity. Even conventional sports trainer brands such as New Balance and Nike have been readily adopted against high fashion looks. Nuff’ said... get yourself a pair or be square.

KEY COLOURS:

With footwear out of the way, also pay attention of the invasion of prints and neon colours this coming Spring Summer 2013. Little touches of neon accents brighten your look, but do them sparingly. Metallics are also major influences on many collections with Burberry Prorsum and Lanvin taking the lead. Use these outstanding colours with discretion and you get to be at the front line of SS2013’s fashion race.

KEY MENSWEAR ITEM:

Sweatshirts propagated by the likes of Kenzo and Carven infiltrated the closets of many male fashion fans. Whether are they checks  from JW. Anderson’s or Kenzo’s, Floral embroidered like Carven's or Religious or military themed like Givenchy's... bold and graphic are the key words.

KEY BRAND TO OWN:

Of course, it’s Kenzo! With affordable price points and upbeat prints and colours... the revamped fashion brand is getting new lease of life amongst the fashion community. Just look at their Tiger Print Sweaters and t-shirts... they are sold out as fast as you can say ‘UNCLE’!

Below: Kenzo is my choice for the brand to own now... for their very upbeat collection and designs. Most importantly, the accessible price points makes everyone have the ability to enjoy the creations of this revamped French fashion brand... And Anders Thomson is my new style idol... his sporting looks such as the one below with Kenzo's Tiger Print Sweatshirt is achievable and yet looks amazing on real guys!

MY NEW STREETSTYLE IDOL:

I was contemplating Andrea Porro, after seeing his many ‘chameleon’ looks at the recent mens fashion week. His Louis Vuitton Karakoram scarf look was well liked by many. But in the end, I picked Anders Sølvsten Thomsen, fashion stylist, consultant and fashion editor of LOVE magazine for his more relatable styles. I think many guys can pull off his looks which range from Prada to Jil Sander.  Lately, his sporty looks which includes key trend pieces of the season, the likes of Kenzo's Tiger Print sweatshirt and Valentino's Camouflage Trainers are true inspirations. Of course, his good looks helped in the decision making:-)
