Prada’s Pre-spring 2014 Mens Briefcases will definitely achieve that and more... especially when they feature some amazingly memorable Hawaiian inspired prints over their classic saffiano leather styles. But flaunt at your own risk. These are for eyes of the 'brave and bold' fashion-forward office crowd. However one thing’s for sure... I love them and want to take them anywhere for holidays or over weekends. I am a fan of the prints, which inspires tropical vacations. Hawaiian girls, hibiscus or  ramage motifs, the prints proves kitsch and chic can co-exist for your summer 2014 wardrobe. Wear with shorts and sandals for some feel-good fashion fun.

Already sold out on Prada’s website for most of the key prints (the 'Hawaiian girl' version which I adored is no longer available...sob sob!). It seems the US$2450 price tag are not slowing sales for these outstanding bags. I bet we will see some streetstyle action soon for these bags at the currently happening Mens Fall Winter 2014 Fashion Week in Europe.

Beach Vacation Ready: I Love These Gucci Cruise 2014 Totes

Summertime calls for some outdoor vacation. Beach time is essential for warm weather days. And before you head for any oceanfront destination, a good beach friendly tote bag is indispensable. I found some from Gucci’s Cruise 2014 collection. One design particularly caught my eye... a parasol print canvas version (US$750) in red white and navy... The colours and theme screams vacation and anything that reminds me of that gets top marks.

For die hard leather fans, check out 2 different but similar leather totes with fine woven leather handles (From US$3200)... adding a touch of rustic luxury but oh so perfect for in and out of the beach.

I know some parts of the world are now shrouded with bitter cold... but just thoughts of summertime should lift those dull spirits. Especially when you imagine strutting down the beachwalk looking fabulous and tan with these gorgeous bags:-P

Hawaiian Vacation Inspired: Prada Pre-Spring 2014 Gifts Collection

Fall Winter 2013 is fast coming to an end with end of season sales starting everywhere and new resort merchandise invading the stores. With Christmas coming, we will be spoilt for choice on gifts for ourselves or our friends and family.

For this Christmas, I welcome any pieces from Prada’s Resort 2014 Gifts collection. Inspired by Hawaiian vacations with florals and holiday motifs that beckon an island getaway, these are fun accessories to ease any winter blues. I love the kitsch nature of the bold graphic designs, only Prada can turn ‘tacky’ to chic. All those tropical leaves and florals makes me want to travel! I love the idea of embellishing all my bags with those colourful luggage tags to give it that holiday spin. Instant holiday makeover!

The small leather goods from coin purses to wallets will inject holiday joy when you flash them out from your pockets. Ain’t that going to bring any smiles to any friends and family like all holidays do? I want the tiger coin purse or the wallets with the sunset/palm trees motifs.

I don’t know about you... but Prada Resort 2014 Gifts collection makes me look forward to summer 2014 already. Givenchy Pre-Spring 2014 Mens Shoes

Givenchy Pre-spring 2014 Mens Shoes

Givenchy rules when it comes to use of innovative prints. I have blogged about Pre-spring 2014’s gorgeous rose and orange camouflage bags in many of Givenchy’s fan favourite designs. Now, let’s drool over the shoes, which again surprises and ignites that buying impulse.

Most noteworthy were the high tops featuring the key prints of Givenchy’s pre-spring 2014 season. I am a fan of the rose camouflage high tops and orange camouflage slip-ons (similar to Vans). The white pair with plaited whipstitch trimmings demonstrate details do matter in design. Love the unique treatment, that is understated but outstanding at the same time.

Also pay attention to those birkenstock looking sandals in the same aforementioned prints, which I foresee will be another hit seller. Easy to wear and goes with every summer attire!

As for getting fashionably beach attired, Givenchy has introduced flip flops that feature cute Bambi prints definitely deemed worthy of acquiring. It’s an ironic juxtaposition of cartoon cuteness and Givenchy’s Gothic dark charm.

Start saving up.... Givenchy’s pre-spring 2014 collection is going to hemorrhage your bank account! I know mine would:-P

Givenchy Pre-Spring 2014 Mens Bags

Prints Frenzy Continues With Givenchy Pre-spring 2014 Mens Bags

I believe Givenchy have scored another hit with their Pre-spring 2014 Mens Collections. With the obsession with prints in menswear trend not letting up, guys just cannot get enough of bold loud graphics and patterns.

For Pre-spring 2014, Givenchy is sending out some amazing prints which I predict will again sell like hot cakes.How can you not be excited when you get Camouflage with a streak of eye popping orange or feminine meets masculine 'Roses' (Floral frenzy defines Spring Summer 2014), Minotaurs and a crazy Flame-print in striking yellow. I want them all!

Furthermore, their hit womens bags range such as Obsedia and Lucrezia (named as L.C. for the boys) have been evolved to include man friendly, drool worthy travel bags and clutches featuring these new prints. I think I am beginning to cave in to liking backpacks... since after seeing the ‘minotaur’ print ones, I want to carry one!

But what left the most impression is the print that features Bambi becomes x-rated... the cutest cartoon meets naughty Pin-up girls. How unexpected! Bravo Givenchy, you are the undisputed leader in depleting many fashion fans’ bank accounts... So everyone, start saving up... Pre-spring 2014 is going to be yet another Givenchy stocking up season.

Florals, Camouflage And Wild Neon Colours: Givenchy Pre-spring 2014 Menswear

Ricardo Tisci has decreed that camouflage, florals and neon colours are here to stay... at least for Givenchy’s Pre-spring 2014 menswear collection. The clash of masculine and feminine themes spark off a explosive visual appeal, impactful and unexpected.

Watch out for floral plaid shirts, neon coloured camo tights, striped pattern sweatshirts that cleverly mixes street with high fashion. For once, the boys also get some bag loving with man size friendly Lucrezia bags and other wild printed duffle man bags to please Givenchy fans.

There is a balance between kitsch and style. In a miraculous way, Givenchy managed to tread within to create yet another visually arresting collection that will resonate well with fans.
